Council is pleased to offer you a new service. Under the initiative of providing Online Services we have introduced ePlanning which provides access to Property Information and tracking of Development Applications and Construction Certificates.

This is a free service to provide our customers with a fast and convenient way to access information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

DA Tracking

The DA Tracking tool contains a tracking system representing a summary of the key milestones in the application process. The information provided on this website is to assist customers in preparing applications and tracking their progress, it is not intended to provide a detailed history.

Property Information

The on-line Property Information tool is designed to assist residents in preparing Development Applications by providing information relating to a specific property such as zoning, heritage, development controls, etc.

The Property Information provided on this web site is a guide only, any persons needing to rely upon such information should obtain a Planning Certificate under Section 149 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 to determine the statutory planning controls that apply to any parcel of land, current at the date of issue of such Certificate.
